1. I have installed LD-Converter as per the instruction. and It says the installation was a success, but I have no plug-ins option on my Acrobat Reader.
A: All of our products support Adobe Acrobat, not Acrobat Reader.

2. I have created some PDF file with scanned image. Can LD-Converter convert it to text?
A: Sorry, our software can't convert these file to text, you need to convert it to image and use OCR tools to process it

3. Does LD-Converter supports Acrobat 3.0?
A: All of our products only support Acrobat 4.x or above (include Acrobat 7,8,9).

4. I just downloaded the demo and I want to convert my 10 page PDF file to text, but it can only convert the Even or first five pages. Is this because it is a demo or will it not perform this task???
A: The demo / trial version of LD-Converter can only convert the Event or first five pages of PDF file, You have to order the full version, if you want to convert the whole PDF file.

5.I downloaded LD-Converter today from your website, ran the setup.exe, but the install program can not find Acrobat on my computer even though I DO have Acrobat 5.0.5 in my PC. I even reinstalled my Acrobat and tried installing LD-Converter but program STILL can not find Acrobat. Please HELP!!
A: Please confirm that you have Acrobat on your PC, If you have installed Acrobat you can find Acrobat.exe on your PC, Please notice Acrobat is different from Acrobat Reader, Acrobat Reader is free but Acrobat is not free. Our software only supports full version of Acrobat.

6. I ordered your product and received the registration code, but I can't finish installation?
A: After you order our product,You will receive an email including a key code and download link within 1 working days. To install the full version, you have to uninstall the demo first and then download the fully version and install as instructions.
